Kashmir Handmade accepts the following methods of payment for purchases:

For personal checks, your order will be shipped only after encashment of the payment.
Q- When will my order ship?
Kashmir Handmade endeavors to ship purchases within 72 hours of receiving your order. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing.

Q- What about the refund in case of canceled order?
You will get 100% refund of your paid amount when you cancel your order. We cannot cancel order if it is shipped from our location.
Q- What are the shipping rates?
Shipping rates are calculated according to the purchase value of your order. Sometimes we offer free shipping promotions whereby the shipping rates change.
Q- Do you ship outside the United States?
Our online store can process orders placed from or shipped to locations around the world. Customers outside the US who are not able to place order online can send us an email at info@Kashmirhandmade.com with Product SKU#. We will get back to you within 48 hrs with the shipping rate and any other details requested.

Since the majority of our collection is handmade, most pieces are unique. If the product is listed as out of stock, it may end up being acquired by another customer or the product is not available in our art gallary at the moment. Such replacements can take up to 45 working days. You can contact us if you have a specific application.
